Refunds

All purchases are non-refundable. Try the Free plan first to make sure TradeSpire is right for you.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting us at the email below. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term: you keep access until then, then move to the Free plan. Your data stays in your account.

If you are unsatisfied with our services, please email us. We read every message.

Downgrades

On the Free plan, your existing trades remain readable; limits apply to new imports and paid features.
