The service

TradeSpire is a trading journal and analytics tool. It analyses trades you import. It does not execute trades, hold funds or give investment advice.

Your account

You are responsible for your password and recovery key. Your data is encrypted with a key only you hold: if you lose both your password and your recovery key, we cannot recover your data.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. All purchases are non-refundable; see the Refund & Cancellation policy.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, or upload content you have no right to.

No advice, no warranty

Statistics, reports and AI Mentor answers are informational and may contain errors. Trading decisions are yours. The service is provided "as is" without warranties, to the extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses or indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes by email.
